We offer Private Events 7 days a week! (Subject to studio availability.) We offer daytime or evening events.

Complete our “Schedule a Private Event” information form or email info@dabblestudio.com to start planning a memorable event just for you. We require full payment for your expected number of participants for your event to reserve the date and time. The number of guests can be modified by 10% up or down up to 48 hours before the event and the balance, if any, is payable at that time.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as you have your date in mind. While more notice is always better, based on studio and staff availability, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings for private events.

There is a 14-day notice required for cancellation. Your deposit is non-refundable if less than a 14-day notice of cancellation is given. For dates between December 1 and January 5, your deposit is nonrefundable without at least 30 days notice prior to your event.

Private Events can be booked with a minimum of 15 people for weekend events and 10 people on weekdays.

Yes, you do! You must be 21 or older to drink alcoholic beverages. At check-in, we will ask to see the ID of anyone who will be drinking alcohol, regardless of age. Regardless of your age, please bring your ID and be prepared to show it at check-in. We reserve the right to ask any person exhibiting signs of intoxication to leave the studio, without a refund.

Yes, we have wine glasses, ice, AND ice buckets available for your use.

In general, our events are geared to adults. Please email us if you are planning a private event and would like to include children so we can advise you on whether that will be possible, based on your chosen event, the size of the event, and the makeup of the group, and the ages of children.
Questions About Food Tours

Yes. Because we arrange with the restaurants on each tour to have the proper amount of food for the size of the tour, tickets must be purchased a minimum of 24 hours before the Food Tour.

Tours accommodate a maximum of 13 people, although the number of participants will vary. Private tours can be arranged for larger numbers of people, up to 150!

The amount of walking varies by the tour chosen. Please see tour descriptions for an estimate of the amount of walking required.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Food Tour start time. The van leaves promptly at the tour start time for all tours.

Transportation, tour guide services, and food from all tour stops are included in the price. Water is served at all tour stops. Unless it is a featured item on the tour, beverages are not included. Any additional food or drink items you order at tour stops are not included in the tour price.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the Food Tour. You must be 14 years old or older to register for and attend a Food Tour. In order to enjoy an alcoholic beverage at any tour stop, you must of course be 21 years of age or older. You must be 21 years old or older to attend a Food Tour that includes or features alcoholic beverages in the tour description. We will check the ID of anyone who intends to drink alcohol on a food tour, regardless of age. If you plan to drink alcohol, please bring your ID and be prepared to show it at check-in, regardless of your age. We reserve the right to ask any person exhibiting signs of intoxication to leave the tour, without a refund.

UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, all Dabble-Nashville Food Adventures Food Tours begin and end at Far Better Distillery, 330 Harrison Street, Nashville 37219. (Downtown Nashville, adjacent to First Tennessee Park, near Bicentennial Mall.) (NOTE: If you are using a GPS system to map your route to our studio, please be sure to enter zip code 37219, as, oddly, there are two 330 Harrison Street addresses in Nashville.) Plentiful parking is available in the area.
